Our Story
Hi, we are a husband (Suresh) and wife (Natasha) team with a passion for everything related to property. Originally from the UK and currently living in Switzerland, join us on our journey as we grow our UK property portfolio from 1,000 miles away.
The “why” is simple – TIME. Property investing, and the passive income it generates, will allow us in the future to spend more time on the things we love (in addition to property investing), including our two beautiful daughters (RHIVAna and SHAYana), travelling the world and taking in all that life has to offer.
Our passion for property dates back to our first investment in 2009, subsequently growing the portfolio, investing in property education through reputable mentors, and continuing to scale on a selective basis. Starting with single BTLs, now HMOs form our core strategy in key locations across the UK.

Director
Suresh Mistry
Suresh's passion for property originates from his youth through helping his father with various DIY projects, which subsequently led to the purchase of his first investment property in 2009. Having also worked in Investment Banking for over 11 years and currently at a leading commodities trading firm, Suresh has a vast array of transferrable skills used to source property investments and scale the Rhivashay business.
Financial analysis, negotiation, and property renovations are Suresh's primary skills and target areas. Going forward, the key focus will be to grow the HMO segment of the Rhivashay portfolio, including sourcing suitable properties and building a power team.
In his spare time, Suresh is a keen fitness enthusiast, foodie, and investor in other sectors such as the stock market and cryptocurrency.

Natasha Mistry
A qualified CIMA accountant and accredited PRINCE 2 Project Manager, Natasha has spent over 15 years working in Investment Banking and Consulting. Having worked in corporate environments in both London and Singapore, Natasha has transferred her drive, attention to detail and determination into the property sector. Now focusing on setting up comfortable homes for families, along with creative but practical living spaces for both students and professionals in shared housing.
As an extrovert, Natasha likes to network and build relationships. Hence along with running a successful property investment and development business, Natasha would like to allocate time to inspire more women into the property, as well as offer her experience and knowledge to property charities.
